One dose after 60: The cdc at this time recommends one dose for people over the age of 60. Their investigations into the need for booster shots have not yet shown an advantage, but you might check at 5 year intervals with your doctor or in the literature as time goes by. It is really unpleasant from what i've heard. Best!
