One Leg swelling: Many reasons in 45 years old person. If came on suddenly and just in one leg, clot should be considered. Baker cyst behind knee can also be the reason. Varicose vein an other cause. You should have doppler venous flow study. Please see a vascular surgeon. Thanks.
