Different opinions: There are some different opinions on this. But, most agree on something to replace electrolytes. You can try something like gatorade.

Oral rehydration: You can buy oral rehydration packets at pharmacies--you mix the powder with water. You can also make it yourself: 1 liter (about 1 quart) of water, 6 teaspoons sugar, and 1/2 to 1 tsp of salt. Gatorade or other sports drinks will work too. I don't usually recommend them because of the high sugar content, but in this case they're quite effective.
