Possible hernia: Or a ureteral stone. Need to be seen/examined by a urologist or general surgeon. Common things commonly occur, however uncommon things are common in the people in whom they occur!

Colon? kidney Hernia: Diverticulitis commonly causes sharp left lower abdominal pain, inflammatory colitises can cause symptoms. Obstruction. Constipation. Kidney issues. Herniae? You should see a doctor if it has lasted longer than a few days or if it is severe and limiting your daily activities.. There are other causes as well and you may require a ct scan or colonoscopy to help sort them out.
