Im on 25mcg synthroid. TSH always around 1.5.my annual checkup with PCP showed TSH with reflex to FT4 2.56 today(labs range 0.4-4.5). When my endo checked a month ago TSH alone was 1.7 with same lab. synthroid dose need to be upped?
