If i have multiple lung nodules and pleurisy, does that mean the nodules are cancerous?

LungNodules/Pleurisy: Not all lung nodules are cancerous. May need biopsy to be certain. Pleurisy is inflammation of the linings of the lungs which causes chest pain on deep inhalation. Can be due to several diseases including pneumonia, pulmonary embolism (blood clot in lungs), lung cancer, pleural effusion (fluid in lungs). May need to see pulmonologist (lung doctor specialist).

NOT AT ALL: Pain does not mean necessarily mean cancer. Pleurisy can be either fluid causing discomfort (between the lining of the lung and the chest wall), or bruising of lung lining. It may even mean the nodules are infectious not cancerous but again that is determined only by biopsy. Ibuprofen usually relieves the pain of pleurisy. Careful with your kidneys though. Check with your dr.
