Mixture of therapy: Gentile cleansers with exfoliation every other day ie a wash with 10-20% glycolic acid the carbon spectra laser peel ( hard to find) vi peel for acne works well you may require multiple treatments about 3-4 weeks apart these are simple but speak to a dermatologist.
