High heels: Worn repetitively, yes. You can get hallux valgus, calluses, corns, assymetric pressure, soft tissue swelling, and pain.

They aren't the: Best for your feet. Walking with your heel high in the air is not a normal position for your foot to be functioning it. It causes a lot of forefoot pressure which could lead to some fissures.
