Feet swelling- Liver: If he has a history of hepatitis c for a long time, the swelling of the feet can be a sign of cirrhosis or scarring of the liver. Cirrhosis can cause changes in the way the body manages salt and water balance and can cause salt and water retention. He should be evaluated by a liver specialist for medications and close monitoring.
