Not sure what thick: Foot means.... Swollen? Many things can raise liver enzymes, not just hepatitis, and many things can also cause the feet to swell. Rather than mislead you or give you incorrect advice with such little information, i think it's prudent to bring dad to a doctor and get checked out.
