You can't: The rule of thumb is that the faster you lose the weight, the faster you gain it back...Plus an extra 5 pounds. Yo-yo dieting. Any diet that emphasizes short-term rapid weight loss over long-term lifestyle change is very unlikely to work in the long-run and may backfire.
