Leg exercises: Unfortunately, people are all built differently so it may be difficult to overcome your genetics. Daily walking would be the simplest way to start, and you can build from there to jogging, doing stairs, and stationary bike. More focused leg exercises such as squats, lunges, toe raises, and calf extensions may help as well. Good luck!
