Possible Fracture: You may have a fracture of your radial head. Pain at the elbow with a clicking or crunching feeling and pain with rotation of the forearm, (pronation and supination) are common after radial head fractures. You need an xray to make sure there is no fracture and if there is, to make sure the fracture is not in a bad position. Hope this helps, good luck.

?Fracture: Sounds like this might be a fracture of the radial head (the button-like part of the forearm bone that makes up part of the outer elbow joint). Whatever the diagnosis, you should have this checked.
