hello, from my left elbow down to my hand it feels really cold,also it hurts on the back of my hand, above my ring and pinky fingers.what is this?

Neuropathy: The symptoms described sound like neuropathy in the ulnar nerve distribution area. It could be from compression of the nerve in the elbow area or it it could be overuse of the muscles too. see a neurologist
