Epidermoid Cyst: An epidermoid cyst has a cyst wall that is made of skin cells found in the epidermis. This cyst wall is like a balloon that projects down into the second layer of the skin, the dermis. This balloon, or cyst wall, makes keratin -- a protein found in skin, hair, and nails -- and is white, cheesy, or firm.

Sebaceous cysts: It appeaars that you have sebaceous cysts which develop as a result of a blocked sebaceous gland duct (sebaceous glands are normal oil producing glands in the skin). Your pcp or in some cases a dematologist or plastic surgeon usually can deal with them by excision.

Most lumps, benign: Don't start worrying. The majority of small bumps on your head would be benign (not cancer). Yours sound classics for a sebaceous cyst ( smelly, white, pasty material ). See your primary md who can take a good history and examen you.
