Be patient..: ... And wait. As your child grows, and the teeth erupt, they will gently be coaxed into place by her tongue. Her dentist, who should be evaluating her every six months, will determine if she is a candidate for orthodontia.

Seek consultation: Although teeth will come into better alignment, this eruption pattern suggests that your child has "insufficient anterior arch length." jaws grow in the back, not the front. Would be good idea to see an orthodontist asap for examination and guidance (1st visit often complimentary). Ask your dentist for a referral, but don't wait beyond 7th b'day.
