Probably not: The only vitamins that you truly need in pregnancy are vitamin d and folic acid. The only vitamin that you need to be aware of not taking too much is vitamin a. There's simply no need to take 2 vitamins, but if you accidentally did, no harm will come to you or baby. Best is to try to get most of your nutrients from food sources, if you can! they are absorbed better, and are healthier!
