Get an exam: The only sure answer to this question involves you seeing a dentist for an evaluation. It may be normal anatomy or it may be evidence of a problem requiring treatment. If cost is a barrier, find a community health center in your area. Give serious consideration to stopping tobacco use as it can add significant risk to what may be growing in your mouth. Good luck !
