Over a yr since giving birth and it still looks like i hv a mustache. is it just darker skin or actually hair? if it hasn't gone by now, will it ever?

Dark skin: Very common. Retin a (tretinoin) usually clears it. See a dermatologist.

Most likely melasma: It is reaction due to hormones. There are topicals medicines that can lighten it. Your best bet it to see a dermatologist.
