No difference: The train allows you to spread out more with larger seats and less disturbance of those in adjacent seats. Airlines except for first class, have narrow seats and frankly, no one wants to sit next to an obese fellow passenger which limits their mobility. But your extra weight makes no change in the safety of the travel arrangement.
