Lymph nodes: Lymph nodes are a part of your immune system and enlarge when they are helping to combat inflammation, often infection. The groin is a "dirty" area and inguinal lymph node enlargement is common. If you remain concerned about these it would help to have them examined by a doctor. Good luck, .
