Yes it could: The flu shot has fragments of the h1n1 virus that caused the 2010 pandemic, and is known to produce a robust immune response. In certain cases, it may cause a headache which should go away. If your headache worsens where you feel extremely ill, begin to have neck pain or become confused, it may be something other than the flu shot- see your doctor if this is the case.
