Wide toe box: The toe box, or end of your shoe should not rub or bind your forefoot. The tender bump is the area to avoid rubbing. Birkenstocks are great with a nice wide toe box.

Bunion shoes: Any that are accommodating enough without rubbing on bunions, stretchy soft leather wide box uppers are good.

Comfort and support: Good shoes and support. Improving foot function will slow down the progression of the deformity. Comfort is the key, but a taller, wider toebox is helpful. Dr l.

Wide toe box: Try using orthopedic shoes with a wider toebox. Birkenstock makes good shoes. Make sure they fit your foot tpye.
