Wow....: The only way to see this is by bronchoscopy or surgery..... Your should ask the doctor performing the study. Petechia are usually not good and can represent many different problems. Can be either mild or serious. If found on the pharynx they can be a symptom of strep throat. An ear, nose and throat doctor can clear up the considerable possibilities.
