Maybe IBD food or GB: Sorry for your continued pain. There are a few things you can try. 1. Keep a detailed food diary and record improvements or worsening of symptoms. 2. Try cutting out dairy and then gluten. 3. Give yourself time. Food allergies are hard to detect so consider seeing a GI or allergist familiar with food allergies and ibd. Dysfunctional gallbladders can cause pain that does not improve right away.
