Dr. put me on super high dose of vit dandd3 & now have worst stabbing headache of my life through left temple! should i quit taking the vit d?

Only if D2: You say you are on a "super high dose" of d ; d3 but it's hard to answer without my knowing the dose. It is safe to take up to 40, 000 iu of d3/day though i don't advise more than 10, 000 iu/day without checking levels.
