CPH: Chronic paroxysmal hemicrania is thought to be a variant of cluster headache because of similar autonomic features. If cph is suspected, it is appropriate to identify or exclude any secondary cause for the headache using blood chemistry tests and brain imaging procedures. Rec. See orofacial pain or headache specialist for further investigation and treatment.
