Fluoroscopy: The resolution of the images is higher with fluoroscopy making procedural adjustments easier.

Fluoro: Although there is more xray radiation associated wiht fluoroscopy, it is insignificant in the long run, but the image quality is better and easier to pinpoint the joint.
