Non drying topicals: Dyshidrosis usually refers to eczema on the hands and feet. One of the most aggravating conditions for eczema is drying out the skin. Witch hazel has alcohol in it which will make eczema worse. Try a non-soap cleanser (such as dove for sensitive skin), lukewarm water, and hydrating moisture.
