A member asked:

I am taking iron supplement 25mg along with women's multivitamin for bone and metabolism support. is t safe to take both whilr ttc?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Look closely: While ttc you should be on a prenatal which has 1 mg of Folic Acid and 25 mg iron and at least 1, 000 units of vit d3. Check the multiple for these. It is also wise to take vit k2 100mcg a day which may be in the multi for bone support.
