Clarification: Without knowing your new issues after the delivery, it is hard to suggest a course of action. However, if your fusion was completely healed, and you had no issues before the delivery, increased back and/or leg pain may indicate back strain, post-c-section issues, or problems in the spine at the levels above your fusion. Definitely consult your spine surgeon. You may need a new mri.
