Maybe: Smoking tobacco does cause pre-term labor. I don't think marijuana has been adequately studied for that. However i would guess the risk would be lower than tobacco because it does not have the same stimulant properties but it is certainly not advisable.

Yes, it sure can : Smoking marijuana during pregnancy is associated with several problems, including premature labor. Also there are low birth weight babies.
