I'm 9 weeks 4 days pregnant.i was told i have a friable cervix.(i was told this before i got pregnant too).can my cervix tear during labor & delivery? could it cause preterm labor? i'm terrified.

Friable cervix: A friable cervix is not related to tearing during labor or related to preterm labor. It can indicate an infection so your doctor likely has tested you already. You can confirm. Some pregnant women experience a normal physiological change called cervical ectropion. You can ask your doctor if that is the case with you.
