Likely okay : Depending on the size of the dysplasia removed and location, this is an acceptable super effect of the surgery. Tingling may take many months to resolve if ever, and the tightness may be scar tissue that has formed. Your best bet is to follow up with your provider to ensure this is normal given the procedure performed. You may try tongue exercises to improve tightness.
