Gincosan ; Zoloft (sertraline): Gincosan = both gingko and panax ginseng (asian ginseng). Gingko has some research support in generalized anxiety d/o: http://tinyurl.Com/m8ntby6 preclinical studies show possible MAO activity which could lead to serotonin syndrome with ssri's like zoloft (sertraline). No human studies document this. Panax ginseng could be more stimulating ; might agitate you. I suggest work w/zoloft (sertraline) alone right now.
