If u have anti: Bodies in the blood that will not affect anything, if you have an active vulvar out break then that would be bad if u had a vaginal delivery, for women who have a a prior vulvar or vagina herpes outbreak, Valtrex (valacyclovir) can be taken 1gm/day the last 4 weeks to prevent an outbreak, if u get an active vulvar outbreak at the end u must have a csection.

Hello, i did a full STD check, and am positive for HSV 2 IGG 3.44. is that reliable a positive? when i got tested, i thought i was having a breakout, i had 3 bumps on my top pubic area, and ulcer. IGM was negative for 1/2 tho. something else?
