Dura patch: Depends if the leak is through the wound in which case a surgical repair might be necessary. If the leak and collection are under the skin and not leaking then it can be followed.

Sometimes: Definitely needs to be watched carefully. Sometimes resolves with a spinal drain alone, but sustained leakage through the wound requires re operation.
