A member asked:

I had a ct done after gb surgery and it said i have a surgical clip and fluid as well as gas in gb fossa. is it something to be concerned about?

It depends: The clip is likely part of your surgery - you do want the cystic duct sealed for good. Fluid and gas may be problematic - not normal if the surgery was done a while ago or you have other signs of infection such as fever.

Depends: Why did you have the ct? How long after the surgery was the ct? Clips are normal to have. Some fluid and air maybe normal shortly after the operation. More info would help with answering this question.
