Pain, hoarseness: With pain on both side and hoarseness i think you should see a pulmonologist with your sle. Hoarseness is likely from gastroesophageal reflux with acid effecting your larynx. You can also aspirate from this and get bilateral chest pain. It is best to get checked out. Best wishes. Sleep in recliner until cause is identified.
