Can xanax (alprazolam) cause hot redness in face and flushing at first? 2 days, whole body felt hot flashy, but had no fever! will it go away after i quit meds?

Not common: But anything is possible especially if you have intolerance of certain medication. The only way to know is to stop it, wait a few days and then restart. If the same happens again, then you'll know what is the cause of your symptoms.
