Unknown, because...: To eat yogurt for its good microbes, one wants the microbes to make it into the large intestine alive and mix in with the poop there. Yogurt with the highest "claimed" number of "colonies" at the store, may not deliver the most organisms to the large intestine. Colonies can decrease as the yogurt sits waiting to be eaten. Colony count claims might not be accurate. Some websites may have ratings.

HealthFood Store: I don't know that you are going to find a yogurt expert on healthtap. A good idea might be to go to local healthfood store and ask a clerk to help you chose. Most yogurts with active cultures will say so. Some i've even seen will say how many bacteria they purport to have.
