Yes to yogurt: Your body carries trillions of bacteria. This is nothing to be concerned about. We evolved in a world where numerically dominated by organisms that help us digest, absorb vitamins, etc., . A pittance of live bacteria in most commercially available yogurt products is nothing, and it has lots of protein to help your baby grow. There are some foods to avoid, talk to your OB about exotic cheeses etc.

Being Pregnant: Yes. Of course. Can you imagine how many pregnant females eat yogurt every day in the world and are just fine?
