Its possible: The diagnosis of crohn disease is made clinically and ultimately with a tissue sample (from colonoscopy or surgery) and pathology exam. Before the pathology specimen the diagnosis of crohn's is presumptive; if another diagnosis comes along, the pursuit of crohns as diagnosis stops. So congratulations, not crohn's is very good news for you. Of course it could be both, although not likely. Be well.
