I use emla (lidocaine and prilocaine) 5% to delay ejaculation , but it make my penis less harder. can i use anything to make it much harder ?

Discuss w your Dr: Viagra (sildenafil) or Cialis will increase penile blood flow ; thus make your penis harder. You could also try 2% Lidocaine jelly which should a similar effect regarding premature ejaculation, is water soluble ; much better lubricant thanemla.
