A 42-year-old member asked:

Can emla (lidocaine and prilocaine) cream be used prior to having anal sex?

Can not condone: Anal intercourse. Too much potential for injury, infection, and potential muscle damage to take a chance. If one insists, would use a water soluble personal lubricant. But remember, the anus was designed as an exit not an entrance.
