Circadian Rhythm SD: You have a circadian rhythm sleep disorder, advanced phase type. This tends to be hereditary. It has a genetic basis to it. I would recommend that you see a neurologist or a psychiatrist who specializes in sleep disorders and who specifically has an interestin circadian rhythms sleep disorders. I am glad to see that you are being treated for your sleep apnea. The other condition however can be much more destructive to your overall quality of life.Best wishes. The country's leading expert in this is dr. Phyllis zee at northwestern university in chicago.
