TFFD: Sounds like terra firma-forme dermatosis (tffd) which is an uncommon disorder of keratinization. The etiology is not known. It usually presents with dirt-like lesions that are resistant to washing but should resolve by rubbing with isopropyl alcohol. The other concern would be acanthosis nigracans, which can be associated with Insulin resistance, but shouldn't rub off. See your dr. To be sure.
