What is osteoblasts and is it safe for a fractured shin bone on a 6 year old?

Depends: I am not sure i understand the full extent of your question , but osteoblasts are the normal cells in the body that make bone. When you break a bone, it is the osteoblasts that make new bone to repair the fracture. Thank you.
