Could having a brain tumor lead to jaw pain?

Evaluation needed: I'd you are having TMJ pain the first thing to do is to see a dentist and have an exam. And get this treated. If you think you have a brain tumor then you need to see a doctor for evaluation and diagnosis.

Of course: Any brain tumor in the posterior fossa can lead to Trigeminal neuralgia. It is a condition associated with intense pain over the lower part of the face and jaw.

Yes: Yes. But is may also be due to an independent jaw problem. Perhaps with a tooth or a TMJ problem. See your dentist or oral surgeon for a diagnosis.
