Common sense: If you have had surgery on your injury, talk to your surgeon. If not, use common sense. If it hurts don't do it. I would expect any shoulder pressing, chest pressing, lat pulldowns, and front/lateral deltoid raises to hurt. Other exercises for the biceps and triceps may be well tolerated. Something like a seated row might work, and light weight, high rep cuff exercises might actually decrease pain.
